Welcome! I'm Hollie, a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples throughout California via secure virtual sessions.

My therapeutic style is best described as direct and genuine; I'm here to be a real human being alongside you on your journey. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, seeing it as the most important element for fostering change. My focus is on empowering you through developing deep insight and equipping you with applied skills that you can carry into your daily life. Guided by core values of kindness, honesty, directness, and reliability, I approach every session with integrity and a commitment to your growth. I also have a profound appreciation for the written word and believe in the importance of continuous learning and self-challenge, both personally and professionally.

Beyond my practice, you'll find me getting lost in a good book, collecting tattoos, or enjoying time at local parks. Of course, quality time with my loved ones – including my very opinionated cat, Yara (who's usually lurking nearby and might even join our virtual calls!) – is always a priority.
